My Strategy to Create a Positive Social Change
Education is a very effective way of bringing social change, and I want to contribute through my teaching profession to bring the necessary changes. I will incorporate the idea of social justice into my curriculum, which will enable students to investigate the concepts of equality, sustainability, and civic participation. The development of critical thinking skills and empathy will make students perceive themselves as people who can contribute to the building of a fairer society.

On top of the classroom, I intend to engage with the local organizations in order to establish service-learning opportunities among students. Youth empowerment initiatives like clean-ups, food drives, and mentorship can be carried out to ensure that young people implement what they have learned into reality. Such experiences are not only useful to the community but also make students learn to be responsible individuals.
Finally, I would like to motivate my student body to be advocates of justice and equity for a lifetime. I want to become a part of the generation that is more concerned with inclusion, compassion, and overall improvement by teaching them these skills, knowledge, and confidence to overcome any obstacle in their way in order to be able to improve the world around them.
